Fired! Sean McDermott and Rory Seagrest (Update 1-18)

The Eagles have decided to make a massive change in direction on the defensive side of the ball and have fired Coordinator Sean McDermott and Defensive Line Coach Rory Seagrest.
Potential replacements include Dick Jauron, who was on staff last season as an assistant. Others are Jim Mora, Jr and former Cardinals DC Billy Davis.
Update: It appears Jim Mora, Jr is going to be the new DC of the Broncos.

Jim Mora has never impressed me, while Dick Jauron’s defenses in Buffalo were solid. What is your initial feeling on who will be hired as DC?
It seems like the Eagles want it to be Mora. But it’s unclear whether or not he wants the job.
I think it will end up being Mora if that’s all true.
I’m not sure any of these guys inspires confidence, to be honest. Especially Davis.
