Eagles Wild Card Week Report — Tuesday
First, an update on DeSean Jackson’s status. He did tweak his groin enough to cause him significant pain, but he says there’s no way he’ll be missing the Dallas game. He may need to rest through some practices this week. He’ll be evaluated daily.
From Philly.com’s “Moving the Chains” — Akeem Jordan played in 28 of the 38 defensive snaps in the first half. But only one snap in the second. If his play was bad enough to warrant that kind of change, it seems unlikely he’ll see a significant role in a rematch with Dallas this weekend.
Eagles Wild Card Week Report — Monday Disaster Edition
An ugly loss to the worst possible team, and now the rematch looms Saturday night.
It appears the Eagles did not suffer any major injuries, which is one of the few bright spots. Andy will update today.
Update: Just to make sure we respond to a few emailers — the Jackson injury, by all accounts (including Reid today), is not serious.
