Birds Health Update

Shawn Andrews is out doing conditioning drills today. The first time he’s done that since the injury.
Leonard Weaver is back practicing (although he did not participate in everything). Sheldon Brown is back practicing with the team, as is Trent Cole.
Good to hear Andrews saw some sunshine today at practice. Any step towards playing football again is a good sign for him. I still have a feeling Justice is going to be the RT for the Carolina game, which I am fine with. Its amazing how many fans are refusing to give him another shot; lets give Vick a second chance but not Justice! Seems a little odd.
It seems that slowly but surely the 1s are heading back to the field and soon we may forget all about these injuries. Lets hope Thursday game goes well and get a glimpse of what the team can do.
