Cardinals Asking Price for Boldin

Yesterday Andy Reid was a guest on 610 WIP in the morning. Asked about the Eagles going after a big-time receiver like Anquan Boldin, Reid was surprisingly forthcoming.
Reid suggested the price might have been first-, third- and fifth-round draft picks.
“That’s a lot of picks, No. 1,” Reid said. “And then you’re going to pay the guy $10 million. So you get hit on both sides of it.”
Apparently the rest of the league — the receiver starved Giants included — made the same judgement.
